ST11 DCS Applications & Configuration (3 days)
This module is based on the Bailey Net 90 Distributed
Control System. Each of the system's many components
will be studied in detail. Through the use of a hands-on
combination flow, level and temperature trainer, the
N-90 will be programmed to control a variety of loops
utilizing Basic, Ratio and Cascade control strategies.
System hardware and software troubleshooting skills
will be developed through the use of the trainer.

- Bailey N-90 Components
- Honeywell Trainer (Flow, Level Temperature)
- Wiring requirements and techniques
- Programming through the use of CLS (Configuration Loading System) software
- Control strategies and loop tuning
