To apply as an International student, you must submit a completed application form along with copies of official educational certificates/transcripts showing courses taken and grades obtained. Some important notes:

Once the College has reviewed and accepted your application, you will be sent an offer of admission. To indicate that you accept the College’’s offer, you will be required to send a $500 CAD confirmation fee by certified cheque, bank draft, international money order, credit card or electronic transfer. Once your deposit has been received in full, a formal letter of admission will be sent to you. You will need this letter in order to obtain a Study Permit from your nearest Canadian Embassy, Consulate or High Commission office. An application kit is also available from their office or from the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website. Please contact Citizenship and Immigration Canada for further information.
All admitted international students are conditionally accepted on the basis of their language and math skills. Two academic credits in English and two academic credits in math are requirements for most programs. While TOEFL scores are not mandatory, students should have sufficient knowledge of English to fully participate in the educational experience, which includes the ability to understand the lectures, participate in class discussions and write assignments and examinations.
